Returns
- You can return your product within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags
Refunds
- After we receive your return, we will check the item
- If approved, your refund will be sent within 5–7 days
- Money will go back to your original payment method or bank account
Exchange
- Need a different size? No problem 👍
- We offer size exchange (depends on availability)
- Only one exchange per order
Wrong or Damaged Product
- If you get a wrong or damaged item:
- Tell us within 48 hours
- Share photo/video
- We will replace it or give full refund (free of cost)
Return Charges
- Free return for damaged/wrong items
- For other returns, a small fee may be charged
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering
- After shipping, cancellation is not possible
